In the end i'm trying to have 60 FPS, with zero stutters.
I have the FPS Capped too 60 using rivatuner, Changed the present interval too 0 in BOTH config files. In fullscreen mode I have no problems but I do get settle stutters which are annoying. The fps climbs back up too where i have capped it. Now I will list my PC specs below, But I do have a 1440p 144hz G-Sync monitor, when I choose windowed mode, the game starts out extremely low in FPS, I get 12-15 FPS. However I have heard that in windowed mode It eliminates 99% of the stutters. Problem: In Full screen mode I get a stutters, they are settle stutters. but I cannot for the life of me figure out why or how to fix this. I'm kinda stuck on this conflict, I usually can fix these type of problems on my own.
